Regulations
- Staff members are responsible for providing the best customer service possible and are empowered to make decisions that will ensure the best experience for each customer.
- The staff will make every possible effort to assist customers in the shortest possible timebut we reserve 24 hours to provide a qualified response.
- Customers can contact our customer care department by phone or email published on the Klondikemediarush website.
- 4. Customer care department works on working days. Questions received during the weekend will be processed on the first working day of the following week.
- 5. A customer with complaints about technical or payment issues shall be served as a priority.
