Customer service is a top priority of Klondikemediarush. All customers will be treated promptly and respectfully without regard to age, gender, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, disability, language proficiency, social or economic status.

 

Regulations

  1. Staff members are responsible for providing the best customer service possible and are empowered to make decisions that will ensure the best experience for each customer.
  2. The staff will make every possible effort to assist customers in the shortest possible timebut we reserve 24 hours to provide a qualified response.
  3. Customers can contact our customer care department by phone or email published on the Klondikemediarush website.
  4. 4. Customer care department works on working days. Questions received during the weekend will be processed on the first working day of the following week.
  5. 5. A customer with complaints about technical or payment issues shall be served as a priority.
